Richard presently serves as the chairman of Red-M, a wireless security and consultancy firm.  He is also the chairman of Edifice GmbH, a site management company for emerging wireless technologies and the Chairman of Cellcrypt, which offers fully encrypted and secure fixed and mobile voice calls.  

Formerly, Richard was the founder, chairman and CEO of Bulldog Communications Limited, a UK-based provider of broadband DSL services which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.  Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and director of NASDAQ listed, UK-based ICO Global Communications, a global mobile satellite services provider which he sold to Craig McCaw and a group of international investors for an enterprise value of $1.6 billion.  Prior to ICO, Richard served as president of NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world’s leading provider of satellite-based internet connectivity services.  Orion was sold to Loral for an enterprise value of $1.2 billion.  Early on in his 25+ years in the telecoms industry , Richard spent 10 years at Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and general management positions. 

Richard is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the World Presidents Organization (WPO) and the Chief Executives Organization (CEO).  

Richard earned his BA in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Treasure Investments LLC targets early-stage companies with high-growth potential that operate in wireless and fixed communications and broadband enabled services sectors.  We back strong management teams with vision and amition and proven experience to execute and build value. Treasure Investments offers access to capital and more importantly, experience in building and creating superior shareholder returns to our portfolio companies.

Investment strategy
We will directly invest as little as £25k and up to around £250k in companies that meet our investment criteria.  We  have access to additional sources of capital if required and also offer our portfolio companies advisory and fund raising services.
